  • For downloadable products, we do not accept order cancellations and refunds because digital products are non-returnable.
  • For the rest of our products, we offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, you can get your money back without question.

However, you are only eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you will no longer be eligible and will not be able to receive a refund.
Therefore, we encourage customers to try the product for the first two weeks after purchase to make sure it fits your needs.

Refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days after we receive your request and find it eligible for a refund. Where possible, refunds will be issued to the payment method used to make the purchase.

However, there may be some payment methods for which this is not possible, or there may be other instances in which we are not able to credit your refund to your original payment method (e.g., expired accounts). If for any reason we are unable to issue the refund to your original payment method, the amount will be credited to your points.
